About Respite Crest
Respite Crest is a community-based recuperative care program located in Minnesota. We serve individuals who are medically stable but require a safe, supportive environment to continue healing — especially those without adequate housing or support systems. Our program bridges the gap between hospital discharge and long-term stability, reducing avoidable readmissions and supporting better health outcomes. Our interdisciplinary team provides short-term clinical oversight, personalized case management, medication support, and coordinated access to housing, behavioral health, and social services. At Respite Crest, we prioritize dignity, equity, and holistic care — creating a space where recovery is not just possible, but supported every step of the way.
